Today is International Women’s Day and we are pleased to celebrate it with all of the amazing women in the world.
We know so much more needs to be done to ensure women can be fairly represented at work, and we are dedicated to doing everything we can to build a gender-balanced workforce.

Gender equality is more than a ‘nice to have’
Time and time again, we hear that companies must do more to address this gap, and find concrete ways to welcome these ‘missing’ women. But it’s not just about making the figures look good to the outside world, ensuring a balanced male and female workforce can bring a financial boost to companies — studies have found that for every 10 percent increase in gender equity, there is a 1–2% increase in revenue.
How are we bettering our own balance?
At Outsource Global, we recognize the importance of gender equality and employ males and females in all roles. Women constitute 60 percent of our workforce and are represented in top management roles.
That’s why we are supporting International Women’s Day and this year’s campaign theme, #BalanceForBetter. To make this happen, everyone has a part to play — all the time, everywhere.
